As soon as I have shared my breakfast with these rolls on Instagram, everyone was asking for the recipe. These small bread rolls are so fun to have for breakfast or to serve with a cheese boards, because they pair perfectly with both sweet and savory toppings. I can’t wait to enjoy them in summer with prosciutto, figs, and pecorino. For the moment I have them at breakfast with butter and jam!
These cocoa bread bites, made with natural gluten-free flours and no gums, are a healthy and flavorful option. They are incredibly soft, with a brioche-like texture. They stay fresh at room temperature for at least 24 hours. If you warm them up, they become wonderfully fluffy again, but even if you don’t, they remain soft and never dry.
