Pumpkin mania, but make it gluten-free
It's the star of the season, if you haven't noticed yet.
If you have at least one social media account, you're most likely overwhelmed with pumpkin recipes right now. In a kind of Bubba Gump-style obsession, you start with innocent pumpkin pies, pumpkin pasta, or pumpkin bread, but soon you come across pumpkin meatballs, pumpkin spring rolls, and even pumpkin ice cream. Now that I've written those last three ideas down, they actually sound pretty delicious. They'll probably end up on my 'to-try' list.
