Summer is coming
and the motivation to cook every night is going...
Finally, the days are getting warmer.
This means we get to spend more time outside, we can make our daily walk a bit longer, our bodies crave light and colorful meals. Personally, in this season I try every idea to spend less time possible cooking. That’s why there’s a new article on the blog listing all my go-to easy gluten-free meals. They come together in 30 minutes or less, they are full of season produce and perfect for every weeknight.
Another great resource that can be helpful in these days when turning on the oven is not an option, is definitely bread options that can be cooked on the stove. One of the most popular recipe on the blog is the sourdough discard naan bread, but also the buckwheat wrap, rice tortilla and quinoa wraps are all great options.
To stay updated on all my latest daily meals, follow my Instagram page where I often share new inspiration for quick and easy lunchbox or dinners.
From now on, the biggest challenge for me will be my sweet tooth. Will I be able to satisfy my dessert cravings without using the oven? Stay tuned to discover more.
