The best Valentine's gift for someone who can't have wheat, is a good homemade pizza

Ditch the chocolate—it’s already gluten-free, and we can have it any time.

Valentine’s Day is all about chocolate—I know. But trust me, if your special someone can’t have wheat, making a homemade gluten-free pizza is the ultimate gift. Finding a delicious gluten-free pizza in restaurants or as a takeout option can be a real nightmare. That’s why all we really want is to enjoy a good gluten-free pizza, with the toppings we love (which we can choose from high quality ingredients), in the comfort of our home.

Today, I’m sharing my recipe for gluten-free pizza, both in yeasted and sourdough versions. But most importantly, I’m sharing a video on how to shape it. Gluten-free pizza dough is completely different from traditional dough—it doesn’t stretch or rise the same way, and shaping it properly is the key to achieving the perfect texture. In the video, I’ll show you exactly how to shape gluten-free dough to create a pizza that’s crisp on the outside, soft in the center, and with puffy edges!

Whether you’re making it for a partner, a friend, or just treating yourself, this homemade gluten-free pizza is proof that love (and good food) knows no limits.
