Weekly meal inspirations
Some inspiration for the week ahead, whether for easy weeknight dinners or something more.
As some new vegetables are making their appearance at the market stalls, I’m still craving the ones more typically associated with winter. I’m not quite ready to let go of all the broccoli, cauliflowers, and cabbage. Well, I can make some exceptions for artichokes, as soon as they become available.
That’s why, for this week, I suggest you prepare a pasta dish with broccoli—an easy way to enjoy veggies in a sauce that comes together in the same amount of time it takes for the pasta to cook.
Then, my easy recipe for making roast-beef in a pan (aka a guest-worthy dinner ready in 40 minutes without much effort), a buckwheat wrap to fill as you like, an idea for serving chicken differently than usual, and of course, my pizza suggestion of the week.
