Weekly Meal Inspirations - February 9
How to make Caesar salad healthier, a creative way to use crêpes and much more.
For this second week of February, we start with something simple yet delicious: a Caesar salad—with an upgrade. I'll share a few tips to make the dressing healthier while keeping its irresistible flavor.
Next, we dive into Asian cuisine with a quick and easy stir-fry: your favorite gluten-free noodles paired with tender salmon, ready in just 20 minutes—from fridge to table.
But the real highlight comes on Wednesday: a savory crêpes dish, rolled then sliced and grilled under a golden layer of béchamel sauce (don’t worry, there are step by step pics). It’s a perfect weeknight dinner that can be prepped in advance, yet impressive enough to serve when hosting friends or for your lover. Once you’ve mastered the technique, you can switch up the filling based on what you have on hand—leafy greens and cottage cheese, ham and cheese, or even a mix of leftover cheeses.
For pasta night, we’re putting a creative spin on classic pesto. And for pizza day, we’re using the best of seasonal veggies in a delicious combo. And spoiler alert: stay tuned this week because I’ll be sharing a video lesson on how to properly shape your pizza dough—an essential step, especially for gluten-free dough!
