The easiest gluten-free bread I have ever made
And it took just two ingredients: tahini and eggs.
This is one of those recipes you keep seeing on Instagram Reels or TikTok. You think to yourself, “There’s no way that actually works.” But this week, I saw a version made by a creator I trust,
, and that was my sign to give it a try. It’s a great alternative to bread if you’re avoiding all flours and grains but still want something toast-like to start your day. Made with just eggs and tahini, it’s also dairy-free and paleo-friendly. It comes together quickly and can be easily customized for a slightly sweeter flavor.
How to:

Mix well eggs and tahini (or any seeds / nut butter), then add a pinch of baking powder (or baking soda) and a pinch of salt.

Transfer the batter to your pan lined with baking paper. I used a mini pan 3.5” x 3.5”. Bake at 360°F / 180°C for 30 minutes.
You can double the ingredients to make a mini loaf pan of 6” x 3”, baking for 40 minutes.
Ingredients for a mini loaf (approx. 6 slices):
2 eggs
½ cup + 1 tbsp of tahini (150 g) or half almond butter / half tahini for a milder taste
a pinch of salt
a pinch of baking soda
1 tbsp of honey (optional)
any mix-in like chocolate chips, walnuts or seeds (optional)
This is genius!
I'm so intrigued by this, will definitely be giving it a try 😃
